30 day money back

All of our products have a 30 day refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases that  arise from our mistakes. There are no returns accepted for "Custom and Special Order Items". These include specialized name plaques and any item that is built to the specific needs for the consumer. These items will not be able to be resold and therefore cannot be considered for refund. Holiday orders placed between 11/1 and 12/5 will be able to be returned through 1/5.
